You can view the desktop and work as if you were standing in front of a remote PC, you can transfer files, view running processes, restart/shutdown the remote PC, run applications, chat with the user on the remote PC, and more. Connect to these remote PCs and, using the viewer, you will be able to perform a lot of tasks.
